Turning your controller on and connecting to a USB port will trigger the self-centering routine. *NOTE: Make sure you test the controller before securing with epoxy or other glue, as the encoder may need to be adjusted slightly up or down along the motor shaft to get the desired effect. Re-assembled and tested rigorously with full FFB effects
Dabbed a bit of epoxy* on the brass replacement to secure it to the shaftĤ. Opened up my G27 and removed the cracked encoder wheelģ. It's doubtful I'll ever need top open up my G27 again.Ģ. I have finished installing and testing my brass encoder and it works like a charm!
